Attorney Gary D. Nitzkin is Michigan’s largest filer of lawsuits under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. His firm, Michigan Consumer Credit Lawyers has represented hundreds of consumers and helped them get relief from annoying debt collectors and their telephone calls. He has also helped numerous consumers clean up their credit reports and increase their credit scores while obtaining damages from the banks, lender and credit reporting agencies that had damaged their credit reports.
Gary Nitzkin graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Business. He graduated from Wayne State Law School in 1987 and went on to become a certified public accountant. After forming Michigan Consumer Credit Lawyers and standing up for the rights of many consumers, he brought his brand of consumer justice to Arizona and formed Arizona Credit Lawyers.
In his off time, Gary enjoys sailing, bicycling, reading, and karate.
Cy Hainey

Mr. Hainey has nearly a decade’s worth of experience in bankruptcy, consumer, debt relief, and estate planning law. This experience, coupled with his background in finance and banking, makes him a powerful advocate for his clients.
Mr. Hainey grew up in rural Kansas with a strong sense of ethics, integrity, and friendliness that he incorporates into his law firm practice. He treats each client as if they are family, providing them with the legal advice they need to make the best decisions. His years of studying for both his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Colorado, Montana, France, Spain, and Mexico all positioned Mr. Hainey for the next step in his career, studying law.
After earning his degree and receiving his license to practice law, he gained a wealth of experience in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, personal injury, debt relief, estate planning, and general civil litigation. His previous work in banking, his experience in the legal field, and his entrepreneurial spirit helped him take the next step of opening his own law firm in 2018. Mr. Hainey’s true calling is providing consultations and supporting clients in the bankruptcy, debt relief, and estate planning sectors. Mr. Hainey speaks English and Spanish.
